Challenge Accepted (CA) is the new sporting event that takes place at a historic location in Amsterdam, namely in the Olympic Stadium. A place where history has been made, sporting achievements have been achieved and where participants take on new challenges time and time again.

The race consists of 8 exercises that combine strength, cardio and mental focus. Between each exercise, run 1 km. No excuses, just action.
Start strong with the first exercise. Find your rhythm, activate your core, and gradually increase your heart rate. This way, your body is optimally prepared for the rest of the race.
